Jude MacDonald commenced his managerial career with Whitehawk’s under-18 team, later advancing to first team manager in 2018, replacing Steve King. His tenure at Whitehawk lasted two years, ending in 2020.
Subsequently, Jude became the manager of Eastbourne Town in May 2022, marking a new phase in his management career.
