Tom Hayes is the First Team Manager of Loughborough Dynamo Football Club. A dynamic and highly enthusiastic individual, Hayes, aged 30, holds a UEFA A Coaching license. He is familiar with Loughborough Dynamo, having previously served as the assistant manager during the 2018/19 season. His recent experiences include managerial roles at Leicester Nirvana and assistant manager at Harborough Town, where he nearly led the team to playoffs in the 2022/23 season.
In addition to his club responsibilities, Hayes has spent the last six years as the Head Football Coach at the University of Nottingham, where he successfully developed a strong team. His coaching career is supported by his background as a former academy player at Leicester City and Walsall FC, and his experience as a youth development coach at Lincoln City, Coventry City, and Notts County.
