Carl Taylor is a football coach serving as the Manager of Guildford City Football Club since . He has previously been associated with Banstead Athletic, Chertsey Town, Hornchurch, Kingstonian and Maidenhead United during his career.

A manager with extensive experience in both playing and coaching roles across various levels of the game, Taylor’s playing career included stints at Brentford, Kingstonian, and Staines Town. Transitioning into management, he began at Feltham before taking on roles at Maidenhead United, where he spent seven years in the Isthmian Premier and Conference South, serving as both manager and assistant.

Following his tenure at Maidenhead United, Taylor managed Hornchurch in the Conference South for a year. After a break from management, he returned to lead Burnham in the Southern League Premier. His managerial career continued with positions at Chertsey Town and Banstead Athletic. Taylor is known for his player-centric coaching philosophy and his ability to manage teams at various competitive levels.
