Biography
Brad Wellmen joined Canvey Island in the summer of 2013, bringing with him significant experience from a 16-year coaching stint in the USA with Chicago Fire.
His tenure at Canvey Island saw a steady rise in responsibilities, culminating in his promotion to assistant manager in November 2017.
After four years in this role, he was appointed as the manager of the club in November 2021.
