The stadium has a maximum capacity of 2,833 spectators.

Scarborough Athletic FC, after a decade of playing at Bridlington Town FC, returned to their home ground, the Flamingo Land Stadium, in the summer of 2017. The stadium, whose construction began in 2016, hosted its inaugural match on July 15, 2017, against Sheffield United. Originally with a capacity of 2,070, including 250 seats, the stadium expanded in 2019 to accommodate 2,833 spectators, with 586 seats. As of July 2022, the capacity stands at 3,252, meeting the Ground Grading requirements for Step 2 clubs.

The Flamingo Land Stadium features a large clubhouse with a bar and sponsor facilities, a club shop pitchside, and 12 WC facilities in the West (Main) Stand. For seating, while the West Stand is primarily for seated season ticket holders and away directors, the East Stand offers seating for all, which can be booked online or acquired on a first-come, first-served basis at the ground.

Note that dogs, except assistance dogs, are not permitted in the stadium.
