Priory Lane — also known as The SO Legal Stadium at Priory Lane for sponsorship purposes — is a sports stadium in Eastbourne, East Sussex and the home ground of Eastbourne Borough Football Club.

The stadium features several key areas including the Main Stand, which accommodates the Directors’ Suite, Main Sponsor’s Executive Suite, an Announcer’s Box, and a Press area, with the team dugouts located in front. Another notable section is the Mick Green Stand, which includes the dressing rooms, a tea bar, and covered terracing at the Priory Road end. This stand also has four Executive Suites and the exclusive “Legends Lounge” with a view of the pitch.
Additional facilities at Priory Lane include the Peter Fountain Stand, which houses a food bar, and more covered terracing behind the River End goal. The stadium’s infrastructure also comprises 10 turnstiles for entry, including one from the rear car parks. For spectator convenience, toilet facilities are situated near both the Mick Green Stand and the Main Stand. The club’s large Clubhouse features two bars – The Sports Bar and the smaller Founders Bar – both of which are available for private functions.
Regarding parking, the stadium offers space for around 400 vehicles in two car parks: the larger River End car park and the smaller Priory Lane car park. Spectators are encouraged to use these provided parking spaces and avoid parking in Priory Road or nearby streets, ensuring smooth traffic flow and neighborhood harmony.
