To reach the Belmont Stadium car park (postcode CT5 4LN) by road, there are different routes depending on your starting point.
From London and the West: Begin on the M2 and continue to its end at Faversham. Then, proceed onto the A299 Thanet Way towards Margate/Ramsgate. After about 6 miles, past Seasalter marshes, take the exit to Whitstable A2990. At the third roundabout, with Tesco on the right, take the first exit down Millstrood Hill. After the cemetery on the right, turn left into Grimshill Road, and the car park entrance is approximately 200 yards on the right.
From Canterbury and the South: Start on the A290 approaching Whitstable. At the second roundabout, take the third exit onto the old Thanet Way. Proceed to the next roundabout, again with Tesco on the right, and take the first exit down Millstrood Hill. After the cemetery, turn left into Grimshill Road, and you’ll find the car park entrance about 200 yards on the right.
From Thanet and the East: Use the A299, taking the Whitstable exit. At the first roundabout, take the fourth exit, and at the second roundabout, take the third exit onto the old Thanet Way. Proceed to the next roundabout, with Tesco on the right, and take the first exit down Millstrood Hill. After passing the cemetery, turn left into Grimshill Road, with the car park entrance roughly 200 yards on the right.
