The Longbranch Homes Cyril Knowles Stand, primarily seating, accommodates 1,775 fans and includes the Family Enclosure, the players’ tunnel, and the Director’s Box, along with Executive Boxes at the top. The Brunel Group Stand, known as the Town End, is a 1,599-capacity terraced stand located behind one of the goals.
For home fans, the Acland Homes Neale Cooper Stand offers a mix of seating (1,549) and terrace (1,832) options, along with a 43-seat Press Box in the upper tier. Away supporters are allocated the Simpson Millar Stand, an all-seated area with a capacity of 1,035, situated behind a goal.
Additionally, the Pools Retail Store, opened in July 2019, is located adjacent to the Ticket Office on Clarence Road. It offers a range of merchandise and ticket sales services, with operational hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and from 12 pm until kick-off on home matchdays.
