The nearest tube stations are Ruislip and Ruislip Manor, both on the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines, and located just 500 and 550 metres from the stadium, respectively. Additionally, Ruislip Gardens and West Ruislip on the Central line are also close, with Ruislip Gardens a 15-minute walk away.

For train travelers, West Ruislip, on the Chiltern Railways network, is the nearest station, offering infrequent services between High Wycombe and London Marylebone. South Ruislip station is about a 25-minute walk from the ground.

Bus services are also a convenient option. The E7 bus, running between Ruislip station and Ealing Broadway, stops at Grosvenor Vale bus stop, close to the ground. Other bus routes like the 114, 278, 331, 398, H13, U1, and U10 stop at Ruislip station.

For those driving, the route involves exiting the M25 at Junction 16, taking the M40 towards London, and then following the A40 to the B467 towards Ruislip. The journey includes several roundabouts and landmarks such as the White Bear pub, leading onto Wood Lane, West End Road, and eventually turning into Grosvenor Vale, where the stadium is situated.
