Overview

Concord Rangers Football Club is an association football club, based in Canvey Island, Essex. Founded 56 years ago in 1967, the team currently compete in the National League South, the 6th tier of English football.

They play their home matches at Thames Road, and are nicknamed "The Beach Boys".

History

Concord Rangers were founded in 1966 and have had a long and successful history in competitive football.

They have won several league and cup titles, including the Essex Senior League Championship in 2003/04 and the Essex Senior Cup in 2014 and 2016.

In 2008/09 they reached the Ryman League Div 1 North Playoff Final, and in 2013/14 gained promotion to the Ryman Premier Division, where they finished 8th in their first season.

In 2012/13 the Beach Boys reached both the Ryman League Cup Final and the Playoff Final, winning promotion to the National League South.

Concord Rangers reached the FA Vase Quarter-Final in 2007/08, the FA Cup First Round in 2014/15 and the FA Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium in 2020.
